Tom McCartney, our resident Service Manager has over 25 years experience in Professional and Studio repair work. He has managed repair departments for many companies in his career. He is also a Professor of Electrical Repairs & Broadcasting at Trebas Institute and the author of a "do it yourself" repair book, available in our store.
